Should the cleaning team arrive at your home for a scheduled cleaning and be unable to enter, or be turned away, a service charge of one half will be invoiced. Please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid such charges. If you are using an alternate entry code on a keypad, please remember to change it cleaning day to avoid this service charge. Likewise if you change your locks for any reason, please provide us with a new key or entrance instructions. Lastly, if you have a deadbolt, please give us a key to that as well or be certain to keep it unlocked on cleaning day or we will be locked out and the service charge will apply.
