Should you at any time require a change or modification of the cleaning detail or instructions listed on the specification sheet or whish to change the cleaning schedule or frequency, please call the office or write a note. The Service Providers are not allowed to give prices or make schedule or specification changes. Please notify the office either with a phone call (847-201-7182) or note (with your name on it) indicating any requirements.
We keep a very organized schedule, i.e. we are in certain areas on certain days, etc. However, we are always willing to work with our customers should you need a cleaning on a different day occasionally. If you are a bi-weekly customer and need to cancel one week and want to be cleaned the nest, we will usually be able to help you. However, we may ask you to return to your normal schedule by having your house cleaned an extra time in order to keep our weeks "balanced."
